STOMA VR

STOMA VR is a VR medical simulation game focused on expanding learning goals with speech language pathologists.

The game focuses on accurately simulating the treatment of patients with laryngectomies and tracheostomies, aiming to highlight the differences between their treatments. Through the use of VR, the game allows the user to directly interact with medical tools and patients with a variety of specific cases.

The game was developed by the Games for Entertainment and Learning (GEL) Lab at Michigan State University, and supported by a grant from the National Cancer Institute.
